M D Parmar & Associates operates a state-of-the-art modular furniture manufacturing plant in Nalasopara (East), Maharashtra. Our streamlined delivery and logistics process is designed to minimize on-site disruption, eliminate dust, and ensure timely turnkey handover for residential, commercial, retail, and banking spaces.

This policy defines our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, on-site storage protocols, and damage mitigation processes.

1. Central Factory Dispatch & Pre-Assembly

All custom modular cabinetry, fire-rated flush doors, retail display gondolas, and workstations undergo trial mock-up assembly and Quality Control (QC) inspection prior to packing:

  • Pre-drilled multi-boring and 2mm PUR edge banding ensure zero sawing or carpentry noise is required at the client's site.
  • Hardware packs (Blum/Hafele hinges, runners, handles, fasteners) are sealed in barcoded, kit-specific containers.

2. Standard Delivery & Execution Timelines

Timelines are calculated from the date of final 3D drawing sign-off and receipt of the procurement advance:

3. 5-Layer Protective Packaging

To ensure that high-gloss acrylics, natural smoked oak veneers, and lacquered surfaces arrive in immaculate condition:

  • Layer 1: Anti-scratch polyethylene peel-off surface film on all high-gloss finishes.
  • Layer 2: High-density EPE foam wrapping on all board surfaces and delicate edges.
  • Layer 3: Heavy-gauge reinforced corner protectors to absorb transit impacts.
  • Layer 4: 5-ply corrugated outer cardboard carton packaging.
  • Layer 5: Waterproof stretch film shrink-wrapping for monsoon and inter-state logistics.

4. On-Site Unloading & Secure Storage

Upon arrival at the client's premises:

  • Our dedicated delivery and rigging crews handle unloading and vertical transportation to the designated apartment, office floor, or retail showroom.
  • The client is requested to provide a dry, secure, indoor holding area free from dampness, open rain exposure, or ongoing wet masonry work to store the packed furniture modules prior to installation.

5. Pan-India Interstate Logistics & E-Way Bills

For project sites across Gujarat, Telangana, Karnataka, and other Indian states:

All interstate consignments are dispatched with statutory GST E-Way Bills, containerized dedicated freight vehicles, and comprehensive transit insurance, backed by regional installation technicians dispatched from our Mumbai, Vadodara, and Hyderabad hubs.
